-->	By the mythological tales concerning king Arthur, Merlin became a well-known individuality. We know him as a prophet, magician, consultant and learning master of king Arthur. There are several tales about Merlin, which almost all starts around the time in which Uther Pendragon became king. Over the time before that little has been known. Some people claim that Merlin have never existed and that he is just a character of 12th century writer. Others believe that Merlin really have been existed and that his life aim was to bring harmony between the old religion and the upcoming Christianity. The mother of king Arthur, Igraine, was a partisan of the old religion, his father, Uther Pendragon, was a Christian. Because Arthur was a child from both religions, he was the right person for Merlin to create assessment between the two religions in futured England. Merlin became, as a result, his learning master. He took along Arthur as a baby and raised and educated him. Arthur remained until its kingship with Merlin. It is said that Merlin and Arthur were family of each other. [1 ] [ 2 ] Next »
